Question 2: Can I get some sample? Any Charge?

Sample is free, unless the sample is customized for your product. Delivery fee is subject to you. (Or you can stop by our office, no charge)

Question 3: Delivery Time?

Depends, for small quantity order, we usually deliver by DHL or Fedex, it took 3 to 5 days depends on location. For large quantity order, we deliver the product by air or sea; Air usual take 5 to 14 days, 5 to 30 days by sea.

Question 4: What format of artwork should I provide?

AI (Illustrator file) or PDF (Unlock file) will help to speed up the artwork proofing process. High resolution JPEG file may work sometimes.

Question 5: Payment?

For small amount order, we suggest paypal,Westerm Union; Large amount order, you can choose either T/T or L/C. We will try our best to increase the payment method.
